Auto Shrink Collection stays visible in miniaturized state (only title bar is visible). The Collections deminiaturize when user moves mouse pointer over the visible title bar. To set a Collection as Auto Shrink, click Collection's menu and select Auto Shrink:
Auto Shrink Collection can be locked in the open (maximized) state. To do this quickly double click on a window title bar. To unlock the open state, double click the title bar again. The locked open state is indicated by the red arrow in the top-left window buton:
