End User License Agreement
IMPORTANT NOTICE.
Please read this End-User License Agreement ('Agreement') carefully before downloading or using Clone Fighter ('Application').
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Naarak Studio and it governs your use of the Application made available to you by Naarak Studio.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.
The Application is licensed to you by Naarak Studio for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
BY USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.
LICENSE GRANT the copyright holder grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software, and any associated documentation ("The Software"), as indicated herein.
INSTALLATION POLICY:
Single User License. You are authorized to install the software on computers at your household that you directly own and operate.
This allows you to install this software on your home computer and laptop. For a commercial use, you can install the Application on one computer in your office or company. You MAY NOT share the license with another user.
Small Business License. You can install the Application on up to five computers in your office or company. You MAY NOT share the license with another user.
Site License. The Site License allows users to install the Application in one location. "One location" is defined as a location within one country. Company branches in the country to which the license was purchased may use the same license. Company branches located in different countries must purchase separate licenses.
RESTRICTIONS You MAY NOT: (a) sell or distribute this Software package without prior written approval (b) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Software; (c) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS
OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
This software was created to be free of defects and is designed to function on Mac computers only. While this software has been tested and proven to run accurately, in the unlikely event of any user or computer incompatibility issues, the end user assumes complete liability of usage. This software contains no adware, scumware or spyware. The maker of this software does not support any questionable forms of use where this software could be misused in any way.
REFUND POLICY: Naarak Studio products are all downloadable, fully functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide a free 14 day trial version of our software for your convenience to fully evaluate in your computing environment.
If you purchase one of our products, after your credit card, check or PayPal is approved, an email will be sent to you with the activation key to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given. We must enforce this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.
We strongly recommend that all users download, install, and test the fully functional trial versions prior to making a purchase.
Only in the event that the product was not delivered (within 24 hours), the product did not work the same way as the trail version or other technical reason, will we honor refunds requests.
